steak-and-potatosI had a double bubble for cooking dinner today (Sunday).

First, I cooked some juicy and delicious steaks for the family on the grill that were accompanied by some loaded baked potatoes and a healthy salad. I couldn’t help but take a few bites before snapping the picture. My apologies. You can find the steak recipe I used in the following blog post: Eric Lyon’s Secret Steak Marinade Recipe Revealed

3-pork-flavors-cooked-at-onceA few hours later I realized that i had a package of wafer thin pork strips in the fridge that needed to be cooked soon or they would go bad. So, I made the quick decision to use the same technique I did in my triple chicken recipe and made 3 different flavors of pork on one pan.

OMG, they turned out so tender and delicious. I put them in different storage containers and now have 2 lunches and one dinner worth of pork goodness in the fridge to reheat over the next 2 days.

From left to right, the flavors are; Garlic, onion, cheddar, pork / Sweet soy, pork / and Original kettle cooked BBQ pork. (Mouth watering). The Garlic, onion, cheddar pork was our favorite out of  the three.
