Three Different Chicken Bake Recipe Flavors Cooked At The Same Time

3-flavors-chicken-bakeYou read the title right. Tonight I was pondering an easy way to knock out multiple meals in the shortest time possible. For my first experiment, I went with the meat dish since that’s the star and centerpiece of every dinner show.

Using a flat baking sheet I rowed up 3 pieces of tinfoil side by side folded into rectangular boxes (or compartments) so that the flavors and juices don’t mix. At first, I was going to pot a long piece of foil ver the pan but decided against it because I realized that when the chicken cooks, the steam will create moisture and the flavors will blend as it dips back down onto all the chicken. So this chicken bake is best left uncovered.

Below I have provided a simple breakdown of each chicken flavor compartment:

(Preheat oven to 425 F)

Chicken 1: Spicy Soy Mustard Chicken

  • Mix (To taste) Spicy or Horseradish Mustard, Garlic powder, Onion Powder, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Chop up 2 boneless chicken breasts and mix well into the bowl.
  • Scrape out the bowl into one of your tinfoil compartments.

Chicken 2: Provence Lavender Chicken

  • Mix (To taste) Olive oil, Garlic powder, Onion powder, and Provence with Lavender seasoning in a bowl.
  • Chop up 2 boneless chicken breasts and mix well into the bowl.
  • Scrape out the bowl into another one of your tinfoil compartments.

Chicken 3: BBQ Chicken

  • Put some Original skillet cooked KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  • Chop up 2 boneless chicken breasts and mix well into the bowl.
  • Scrape out the bowl into the last one of your tinfoil compartments.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 425 F.

When done, choose the dish you want for your next meal and put the other 2 in storage containers for later. The above will make 3 meals for 2 to 3 adults or 1 variety of flavors meal for 6 to 9 people. It would also make a great assortment tray of party snacks chopped smaller with toothpicks in them. If you choose the party snacks, it may even be enough to tide over 20+ people.

Most importantly, enjoy it and let me know what you think in the comments below.

All three turned out mouth watering (we taste tested them before putting them in containers) We’ll have one for lunch tomorrow, one for dinner tomorrow, and one for lunch Monday.
